With a capacity of comfortably accommodating 20 people, both sitting and standing, the villa offers ample indoor and outdoor spaces for use. Its prime location near a tranquil beach, combined with its poolside deck and landscaped garden, allows you to customise your wedding set-up to match your vision. Guests can lounge in the outdoor gazebo which is dressed up with plush cushions and soft pillows. That’s not all! Your guests are entitled to daily complimentary breakfasts as well.
Fireworks are allowed for weddings; however, it’s necessary to obtain a permit from local authorities at least two weeks prior to the date.

Maximum capacity of 20 guests

Minimum stay of 3 nights for Low and Shoulder Season
Minimum stay of 5 nights for High Season
Minimum stay of 7 nights for Peak Season
Event fees of USD 1,200 + 7% tax
Pre and Post-Event day events can be arranged
with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax
The Fine Print
Until 12 midnight only.
Music and Event Curfew
Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected. Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
Note: Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.

Fireworks
Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
