Other facilities include an outdoor sound system, garage and back-up generator.
Bask in the easy-going, tropical ambience of the open-plan living area. Spruced up with a soothing palette of whites and creams, it’s fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans. Make yourself comfortable on the two sets of sofas and enjoy the Satellite TV and DVD player. Free high-speed WiFi is available, making work-from-home a breeze. Other complimentary services include one roundtrip airport transfer, daily breakfast and a baby cot/ high chair.
The fully-functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This includes a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, freezer, BBQ, rice cooker, juicer and stove top. Enjoy a convivial atmosphere over the breakfast bar. Gather around the 8-seater dining table and dig into sumptuous meals.
All the 4 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, with comfortable bedding and high-timbered ceilings. Featuring private balconies, you can enjoy glorious ocean views from any of them. Each bedroom contains a double-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are kitted out with a walk-in shower or stone bathtub. There is also a communal toilet in the living area. Rates
Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:
Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
Check-in and Check-out
Chef service costs THB1,500++/Meal(lunch or dinner) or THB 2,500++/Day(lunch and dinner) and subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Please take note that advance booking for chef service is required and it is subject to availability of chef.
Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.
Chef Fee
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
